StiCipher's Old Design
StiCipher is one of the Alternate Protectors wherein he is included to protect Shifters from Alternate Universe. This happens to include Golden-Blue Stick and Seirustick. Seirustick might not be his original ex-lover but still acts awkward around her.
William is also considered as one of the allies of Dimensional Outcasts.
Character Summary[]
The New Reincarnation of alternate William Constantin "Bill" Cipher is tasked to watch alternate Shifters from the other universes. With a twist of Fate, it happened to send Seiru's other three past suitors on Slusher World. He is the first one to noticed through the other three's disguises. He is forced to work with Stick Dominator after Seiru finds them out.
